Refund policy

If Dubmate isn't for you, we'll refund you — no forms, no back-and-forth. Two things need to be true:

• Purchased or renewed less than 14 days ago.
• Watched less than 2 hours total with two tabs linked.

We only track one daily watch-time number to check that — no titles, links, or history.

Gift purchases follow the same 14-day window, counted from the purchase date — but only while the code hasn't been redeemed yet. Once a recipient activates it, that code is no longer refundable.

Email us from the address on your account and we'll refund you to your original payment method, processed through Polar.sh.
