These Terms govern your use of the Dubmate browser extension and the website at dubmate.co (together, "Dubmate"), operated by [___]. Installing the extension or using the site means you agree to them — if you don't, please don't use Dubmate.
You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Dubmate.
Dubmate links two browser tabs playing the same video and lets you switch between their audio tracks, reroute subtitles, and adjust volume and speed through a shortcut and overlay. It runs entirely in your browser.
Dubmate doesn't host, provide, modify, or have any affiliation with the video, audio, or subtitle content on the sites you link — it only routes audio and subtitle output between tabs you already have open. You're responsible for having lawful access to anything you watch.
Site compatibility varies and can change without notice — Netflix, YouTube, and other sites may update in ways that temporarily break Dubmate. Report broken sites from inside the extension.
Some features require an account, created with your email or Google sign-in. You're responsible for activity under your account — keep your credentials secure, and don't share access with others.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access, no payment required.

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as merchant of record, under their own terms. Prices, plans, and features may change for future purchases — active subscriptions and lifetime licenses keep what you paid for.
Cancel a yearly subscription anytime from Manage Billing in your account; access continues until the current period ends. Gift codes, bulk discounts, and referral codes follow the limits shown at checkout and may not be combined or resold.

Dubmate's code, design, and branding belong to [___]. Using Dubmate gives you a personal, non-transferable license to run it for its intended purpose — nothing more.
Compatibility reports, feedback, and suggestions you send us may be used to improve Dubmate without compensation to you.
Dubmate is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will work on every site, stay perfectly in sync, or be free of bugs — features marked with * depend on what the linked sites provide and may not work everywhere.
We're not responsible for how third-party sites you link (Netflix, YouTube, or others) behave, or for content available on them.
To the extent allowed by law, [___] isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dubmate. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Dubmate anytime — uninstall the extension and delete your account from Manage Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.
We may update these Terms as Dubmate evolves. Material changes will be announced via the extension or by email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version — continued use after a change means you accept it.
